  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

  • Due to the nature of our products, they may melt in warmer temperatures, such as spring/summer conditions. We do not give refunds for melted products. We recommend putting melted products such as our Triple Body Butter Line, in the refrigerator/freezer until solid again. You may also let the product sit at room temperature until solid again. After a product has been melted that may change its consistency or texture, but the product will still have all of its beneficial properties, and you may be able to use the product as normal.
  • CHARM accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of information or products.
  • The prices of products are due to change anytime, the company sees fit.

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

  • An order may be canceled if, you (the customer), fails to pay the price owned or card fails to pay. A breached order may be canceled as well. 
  • If an order that has already been shipped out is canceled, CHARM still owns the rights to the product(s).

  • Card information is transmitted over securely and is not stored.

  • Be aware that local charges may occur. 
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by CHARM as responsible for the personal information.
  • CHARM reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
  • Events outside of CHARM's control shall be considered force majeure.

CHARM does not claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem, and our products are not used to substitute medical treatment. Most of our products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds, and fruits. Please read the ingredient list thoroughly to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in our products. We recommend performing a patch test before using a product to ensure there is no reaction. If you are not sure if you should still use a product, consult your healthcare professional. If you have a reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention from a health care professional. If you pregnant, nursing, suffering from an illness, have sensitive skin, or if taking medication, please consult with your health care professional before using our products. If the product is misinterpreted or misused, CHARM is not at fault. We encourage customers to learn about the ingredients they are putting on their skin and to include natural and organic ingredients in their skincare and beauty products for achieving the best health and beauty. CHARM accepts no liability in respect of any omission or error. The customer should always take complete responsibility for their choice to purchase and try a product. CHARM accepts no liability in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction occurring when using one of its products.
